What you get

You can see what's next and schedule it in plain language.

Fantastical helps you keep appointments and dated tasks together, so you can see what needs your attention without checking separate services. You can connect calendars from iCloud, Google, or Exchange and bring in tasks from Todoist or Google Tasks. Type a sentence with a date and time to create an event or task, including repeating commitments and reminders.

You can check your next appointment in a small window opened with a keyboard shortcut, or look across a day, week, month, quarter, or year when planning ahead. Time zone support helps you interpret your schedule when your commitments span locations.

With a Flexibits Premium subscription, you can offer available meeting slots or poll invitees about possible times. You can also add video-call details, reuse event templates, and set travel time with notifications about when to leave.

  • Less event-entry work

You can turn a sentence into an appointment or dated task, including repeat schedules and alerts.

  • One view of commitments

You can see calendar events and tasks from supported services together instead of checking each separately.

  • Quick schedule checks

You can open a small calendar window with a keyboard shortcut to check what's coming next.

  • Fewer meeting-time messages

With Premium, you can share available slots or propose several times for invitees to choose from.

Best for

  • You juggle calendars and tasks across several services
  • You regularly schedule meetings across time zones
  • You want to enter appointments in everyday language

Skip it if

You probably don't need it if your existing calendar already handles your occasional appointments and reminders.
