With PliimPRO, you can prepare your Mac for screen sharing without manually clearing your desktop. Turn on presentation mode to hide desktop icons, active apps, and incoming notifications, keeping personal messages and folder names out of your presentation. You can also use a presentation wallpaper to give your shared desktop a different background.
You get quick audio controls, too: mute your speakers or use a custom shortcut or persistent Touch Bar control to mute your microphone. That gives you a consistent way to silence your mic rather than finding a different mute button in each meeting app.
You can use the same presentation setup across meeting platforms, including Zoom, Hangouts, and FaceTime. When you stop sharing, your desktop returns to normal, so you don’t have to rebuild your workspace after each call.
